Default Pacemaker 4480 v 4499 for the last time

Hi,

Reading many many threads on here comparing the PH4480's and the 4490's, some people are saying 4490 for low down torque, 4480 for up high power, and others are saying the opposite. Can someone please give me a straight answer? Thanks
And also, as a rough guide, any idea how much power I would gain with either? Ive got a 2.5 inch red back cat back and a k&n panel to compliment it.

Not many replies here as it's like asking how long is a piece of string. Installation and a dyno before and after will give you your answer.

All things being equal - you will (read: should) get a positive result. I've heard 10-20hp...5-10hp...

Anyone else?

With a decent Exhaust if all is Mandrel Bent 15KW is achievable. And 4499's are for Low Down and 4480 are competition and are for higher up !

Also you should have posted this in the "Ford 6's" you will get more replies there !

This one has been done many times. Try a search in Post Classic and in the OzECruisers sections.
