Default Is this an exhaust leak?

I had some noise under the wagon and xorst sounded loud!! Do you think I have an exhaust leak?

yeh thats a exhuast leak, i have the same problem, blew my gasket out, and when i put the foot down builds the pressure up and blows out and leave a huge clouds of dust behind me like a blow of valve lol

Hey the bolts went missing and the rear part was just hanging there somehow.The gasket funniliy enough was still stuck to the flange with the jointing pastelol

At least it was a good gasket lol. Usually they fall off before the bolts do....

just remove the rear, haha bet it sounds tuff like that. Mine fell off at the cat. so i ripped the whole thign off. Went to the nearest undercover shopping centre on a thursday night gave it a nice squirt haha.

Yeah we used to have that happen on the cabs. You think it'd sound tough and throaty but it sounds loud and puffy and terrible and exactly like a terrible taxi.

hehe.I met a friend with a gt and he said it sounded amazing.To me it sounded too loud..my ears were hurting !! I went home and put some bolts in and you guys wont believe it..its quiet!! :

Yes I found I picked up 25rwkws with stainless bolts. I picked up 15rwkws with high tensile bolts due to the heat dissipating factor. As far as torque goes I now plant my foot and the car goes sideways when I plant it in freeway at 160kmph!!

lol i just blew my gasket out today where my cat bolts to my exhuast system, sounds like a tractor comming, either the welds on the pipe have cracked, blown a hole in the cat it self, or the gasket, will check tommoro

fixed me exhuast leak today, lol a 2 dollar job, the gasket from the extractors to the cat blew out, but decided to do both top and bottom flanges incase lol
