Default bridge droppers <again>

Just seen on the news that once again people are dropping things onto cars from bridges in Melbourne why is this act of total disregard for fellow man still happening, people have died as a result of this thing, kill someone and get caught have fun serving out a life sentence for manslaughter hope it was worth it losers

They should be caged. The roads and the little bastards that do this. When last travelling to Melbourne on the Western Ring Road, I saw some little idiots dropping stuff from that bridge where all the metal work is purple, and they have purple speed cameras on the back side.
As there was roadworks I couldn't stop in the break down lane, but I still called 000 and spoke to Police. Sad thing is, as quick as the police can respond these little inbred losers would have fled.

It would be good if the deterant fits the crime, someone does it and gets charged with either manslaughter or attempted manslaughter and gets locked up for 20 years - sadly in this day and age we just make excuses, it wasnt their fault they had a difficult upbringing.
