Smile conversion need help please

Hi,
Mate had his ba xrt tuned today and the dyno numbers were in hp and lb (pounds).
so his read out was in hp instead of kw and lb instead of newton meters.
my q is what is 1600 lb in newton meters ?
thanks for any help in advance

Sure its not 1600 newtons? End of the day, a dyno is just a tuning tool, and the numbers mean stuff all. Take it down the strip, mph is where its at.
