Default Au fairmont ghia suspension

Hi guys ,i have a Fairmont ghia thats done 160,000k and has been towing a 1 tonne boat around for the last 6 yrs and today i have noticed some damaged bushes in the irs suspension . I am going to get these fixed in the next couple of weeks but i am thinking it still has the standard suspension in it and i would like to put new shocks and maybe springs in at the same time . I dont want it lowered or the ride comprimised so should i put new standard gear in or go for an aftermarket heavy duty shock & spring package ,if so can someone recomend some brands of shocks & springs and where to get them . I live in brisbane and i want to keep this car as it is reliable as ,also can anyone recomend a suspension specialist on the northside of brisbane who doesnt want an arm and a leg to do the work .I know its a lot to ask and i know most of you want lower cars but i need mine to tow a boat at least once a week so if someone can at least give me some shock & spring ideas and maybe where to get them it would be much appreciated ....matt
