I apologise if this isnt' in the appropriate section.
I have recently applied for a job as a Ford salesperson. What is the retainer for a junior ( I'm in my early 20's) and what are the KPI's etc? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. PM or reply. Thanks. |

I think you'd find that seeing as all dealers are essentially a franchise they'd all offer different retainers and different commision structure.

As has been said, every place is different. Ford don't have a say in what you get payed.
