http://www.autoblog.com/2011/11/17/2...bigger-brakes/ Not a fan of the front, it looks terrible. The rear and the interior though, I don't mind, the interior borders classy.

I don't mind it overall. First thing I thought of was a Magna when I saw the front.

Don't mind the outside, interior is very nice (esp for a yank car) but I don't like the little excuse for a tacho next to the speedo there.

It doesn't look too bad IMO. But the hipline is way too high, how anyone will be able to see anything from inside that car is beyond me.

maybe the photo`s don`t do it justice? externally it`s ok, i see that grille, it reminds me of series one ........... you know what(not a criticism just reminds me) reserve judgement till seen in the flesh,
interior looks ok..........but maybe i`m getting old, when i was a young bloke i would have loved the dark or sporty black interior, now i look and it`s a sea of darkness, other than the thin bits of woodgrain, reminds me of the depressing feeling i had when hopping out of a nice newish magnificent F6E back into my 2001 xr6 with it`s comfy but sea of darkness interior with no highlights, it did`nt take long for the the feeling to go away as all could be forgiven the way the AU drives and probably the same for Lincon, maybe i`m being a bit harsh or got out of the wrong side of bed, but for an up market jigger(i think), it looks a little boring interior wise. Ford seem to be doing good things with their cars, but with some interiors they need a bit more color, pizzaz imo. |

Doesn't look too bad, seems it's a like it or hate it thing. The exterior keeps making me think of the current gen Taurus... especially when you look at the front end in the 3rd photo.

Don't like the grille 1 bit. Side looks like the big Beemers from a few years ago... Interior looks nice but a little too dark and cluttered.

Love everything but the front on view.
Quite a nice looking vehicle in the 3/4 shots.

I don't understand why car markets (Ford isn't the only one) put the black strip around the bottom of new cars. It makes the car look very cheap IMO, if I'm going to pay top dollar for a car, least paint the whole thing.

I think its because it gets bumped so often when parking....I think.
Our Barina actually has the black extension that is flexible, so no snapping etc (yes yes, just take care when parking, some times the concrete bits are hard to judge).

I quite like the look of that, interior looks nice and luxurious.
The reason no one here likes it is because its styled for Americans, who like things with no curved edges or anything resembling something round. I bet if you showed them the Falcon they'd probably not like its styling. |

US speedos have MPH on the outside and KM/H on the inside (secondary), Canadian speedos have that inverted.

I could live with the interior as long as i didn't have to look at the exterior...

Ugly grille, back end looks like a Maxima, which is boring as hell. But I guess old boring people waiting to die in Florida are its market.
Is this based on a Taurus, as the body looks like a Taurus? Its no wonder Lincoln gets smashed by Cadillac when they look like this. Hopefully Max Wolffe can turn their designs around, but that will probably take at least another year or 2 before his designs start getting put into production. |

The above is IMO a reason why if GRWD is go then we have to have our own styling.b (although the Germans seem to do it pretty well).

I actually like this. If the front indicators were clear it would help. I know its a CGI, but did anyone notice the large sunroof?
I also like the interior, dash layout appears simple & user friendly. |

Nice sunroof! Comfortable looking interior.. a fairly generic modern exterior with some ford DNA; the waterfall grille... it's okay, certainly not weird like some previous lincoln town-cars.

I actually quite like it... The interior is superb, but needs a bigger screen as it looks diminutive with all the sumptuous black leather and centre console!
