Saw this at the local shops tonight.

They are a nice bonnet , cant really blame him, the old power bulge bonnets on xle cortinas and xb/ c where a nice shape too,

They're not too bad to be honest. Seen one on a mates VZ, except his serves the purpose to clear his intake manifold.

I was at one stage contemplating it, but many other things more important came up and was placed on the backburner

I personally reckon they look good, on the right car with the right look.
If it enhances and goes with the rest of the theme of the car, then by all means, mod away and do it but do it well, and not a dodgy job.

They seem to follow the bonnet crease lines very nice actually. Esp the vy/vz bonnet. I know its wrong to put on the enemy but thats my 2c worth.
