Ordered some merchandise from the Blue Oval Store, back in late November and nothing has arrived. Calling their number results in waiting 'on hold' for 5 minutes then being cut off, and emails go unanswered. Does anyone know if they're still around or have they packed up shop after FPV closing down?

They never answer their phone nor respond to emails but products tend to just "appear".

I ordered some stuff 2 weeks ago and everything showed up a few days later. I have not had any dramas with them in the past either. Sounds like your order may have been mishandled somewhere or there was no stock. Either way pretty tedious if you can get hold of them to check.

Thanks guys, the stuff I ordered was GT-F merch so reluctant to do a chargeback and risk not being able to get it again.. that being said I don't want to be ripped off.. so might give them until 5th Jan to return and hopefully something could happen then.. possibly they are waiting on the stock to come in..

Hey all, I ordered a T back at the stat of Dec. Nothing turned up as of last week so I emailed them and got a response this morning (after the automated one saying back on the 5th) saying the t shrits had just arrived on Thurdsay, and were posted on Friday, so it should arrive today...,
Low and behold it arrived this arvo. Looks like they had a bit of a backlog wait for the GT-F T's in my size.

I just received a backpack from the Blue Oval Store. No issues. Only ordered it a couple of days before hand. I also rang them as I had a question about the backpack and they answered the phone. No worries here.

My sister bought me a polo neck and a t-shirt for Xmas last Friday morning, arrived Monday - no problems, apart from the fact that she should've bought 3XL, not 2XL.

Ford notified us this week that the licensee is in liquidation.
Their service & communication to dealers has been horrendous for months now, it didn't come as a surprise.
