This is one of those, I thought I remembered how to do it issues
I purchased an XB Falcon Ute here in the states. I did decode the vin before I bought it, the owner didn't know much about it. I know it was build in Broadmeadows on Aug 1975. It was the 200CI 1V 6 Cyl with a column shift manual. It was polar white, with a saddle interior. What I cannot remember is how to get the Australian Ford Factory Report similar to the US Ford Marti Report on it. Not sure I will learn much more, but the history of the vehicle is pretty important to me. I know that Ford will cease production soon, and I am sure this service will go along with it, unless it already has. I did a few forum searches but came up empty. |

Contact FoA Customer Resource Centre at customers@fordcrc.com.au
Provide them with as much details as possible from the build plate especially the VIN. In your email, send a copy of your current drivers licence and registration papers along with your full contact details. They will send you a verification letter of the vehicle listing what it came out of the factory with. |
