“Anti Glare” Sunvisor Extenders

Per the commonly sold polarised “clear” flaps you can buy to clip at the bottom of your visor and extend about 5” down, are they likely to thwart the cameras used to photograph drivers holding a phone?

I've got them (Parrot kits) in three of the most used cars. They're basic but dependable.

Had seen someone the other day driving a new Rangie, with one of these polarised screens and holding their iPhail, it just made me wonder if they thought it would obfuscate sufficiently.
