Just looking back on the comments from the closed "Russia vs Ukraine" thread... some couldn't be told at the time that the outcome would look like it does now... and the EU is in strife, leaders being deposed, top scoring candidate in Romanian election banned from new elections (that's western democracy for ya) their economies stumbling with some going backward like the former star economy Germany, threats of fellow Nato nation taking control of another countries property (Greenland) and Canada being threatened by the world's self elected Policeman, good ole USA, the ones who will protect us all... yeah right
Some might claim that's all only because of Trump when the cold hard reality is the SMO was only ever going to end the way it is ending, with a loss to the West and a win for Russia and I'm not saying that for any reason other than Russia is like the USA, they are Peers (along with China in all reality), it cannot be defeated by anyone outside the country, for Russia to lose would be like Mexico beating the USA with help from the EU/UK... never going to happen militarily. https://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11493370 |
