Default Too much horsepower?

Can there be such a thing?

This is meant to be a Cummins Diesel with 100psi pumped into it.

Depends on the application.

The amount of power a diesel can make is only limited to their physical strength the more boost and fuel you can pump into them the more power they make. diesels don't have problems with detonation like petrol engines.
That's some serious damage though, obviously too much boost, though I've seen pics of tractors running 250psi with triple tandem turbos.

My guess is they are for spares, in case, like the Titanic, the impossible happens and the engine somehow blows up....._2:

Is it part of the grill? Looks similar to a late 70's/early 80's international grill

I think they're actually ballast to help keep the front down.

insane lol always laugh at tractor pulling.

they run some cool setups.

The biggest one i saw was a Quad Turbo Rolls Royce Merlin engine. : (this was on the net)

That one looks like a big bore diesel.

Could those boxes on the front be fuel? Around the pipes coming out of them there appears to be old diesel stains.
