My Fairmont V8 and Fiesta don't like it. They both idle rough and aren't as smooth running. Tried it a few times, sticking to PULP.

I tried a tank in my XR6T last time i was in Sydney and it didnt do a thing. Some said it wasn't good for a Turbo. I have used the 98 Premium stuff since I have had it and honestly a couple of times I swear it was crap fuel cause the car lost power. This last time I stuck std unleaded in her and she actually goes better than it did on the 98 stuff. So at current prices I'll stick with the std stuff and just no flogging it.

yeah well the ethanol stuff from united was 126.9 where as std unleaded was 133.9 so yeah.
but i have noticed E10 at Caltex and BP have been the same price as unleaded. comes down to more profit i think. |
