Default How do you finish fueling up?

How do you finish fueling up?

As *something else* as this may sound...

Do you just pull out, and hang the pump back up, or do you try and shake every last drop out?

I'm a shaker to be honest...

I figure that the fuel switches of at the nozzle, so there is really no point in lifting the hose, or even giving it a shake.

I only shake to avoid having the fuel drip on my paint. What's 2 drops of fuel worth?

I shake but make sure whatever amount I put in that it's 1 or 2 cents over
eg : $20.02
Free couple cents every fill or half fill and I also turn nozzle upside down to stop drips onto paint

I shake it and turn the nozzle only to stop the fuel from splashing down the side of the car. The few times I have forgotten to do this, ive ended up with fuel all over the quarter panel

Get the nozzle to click twice, and a quick tap on the rim before putting the nozzle back.

For the people that say get $20.02 petrol & pay $20 cash - wouldnt you be better to get $20.02 & then use your 4c Woolies/Coles etc docket. If petrol was $1.39 p/litre you get 14.40 litres less say 0.57c fuel voucher. Then pay cash if you wish $20.02 (0.57) = $19.45

I shake so as to not get any fuel on the duco.

Wouldn't think there was any rounding on a fuel card as there isn't on any other type of card.
