Default Spotted at work, how I wish.....

Arrived at work yesterday, for the normal hang around the yard and wait for your truck routine. And it was a far more pleasant view than average. I had a few toys to scrutineer and drool over :sm_drool: I don't know either there origin or destination, but it was a yummy collection. Pics taken on phone.

There was a WRX STi in the container, and had been there for a few days. But if you've seen one Rex, you've seen 'em all. :monkes:

P.S. The Lambo's build date is 06/'06 and by the look of the rotors, hasn't done much work.

The grey is metallic paint, and looks far better than the pics show. I love the 6.5 ltr V12, quad throttle bodies. Would be a neat transplant for project car... :

Those Europeans sure know how to put sex into a car body! I love the wheels on the Lambo - it's such a sharp machine.

I'll take either!!

$480,000.00 : Probably plus import duties, as that price was converted to AUD from a Brit site.

The LP640 isn't on sale here yet, but the old one with 'only' 426kW (571hp) is $622,893 as a manual and $625,625 as the 6spd Sequential 'E-Gear.'

Love the Lambo. I can see it's one of the new facelifted ones as well. It's got the new bumpers, taillights, exhausts, etc.

love all lamborghini's, it seems to me that the italians make far better sports cars (ferrari and lambo) than do the germans (porshe and bmw). however I have driven none of the above, so my opinion is based on my ignorance of actual handling

When I used to live in Dubai I knew a local guy with a red Diablo SE30 and he took me for a drive in it, it was sensational! The acceleration was unbelievable, I've never felt anything like it. His brother scraped the gutter when he was driving it (sideways), rim was going to cost 12k to replace!

Maybe they are some of the cars that were up in the NT for the Cannonball run. I can see some similarities between that Lambo and my Capri.

Italians have always had aesthetics (both visual and aural) all wrapped up. Germans tend to out-perform though...

The new 911 Turbo is faster then any Lamborghini ever produced, and can even go 0-100km/h faster then a Ferrari Enzo. :

Italians look awesome but, the Germans still do look the part aswell. Wait till you see a 911 GT3 and BMW M3 in the flesh. They are truly awesome cars. My boss's mate (the lucky *****) has both plus a BMW X5.
