It looks like a K&N filter , although i didn't see it mention anywhere it was a K&N.
Alot of guys here , including myself have a hi-flo K&N flatpanel filter , some have gone the pod filter setup too . Do a search , heaps of threads on air filters on here , cheers .

Looks like a K & N but I think its a copy ...but its about half the price.
