Default E series 5 speed to AU S1?

Can it be done? Can I fit an e-series 5 speed to my AU1?

What bellhousing/clutch arrangement do you need?

As far as I know:

Bell Housing needs to be AU.
Pedal Box needs to be AU. Otherwise you can still use your Auto Pedal Box.
ECU needs to be AU.
Clutch Cable will need to be AU. (I think).
New tailshaft.

The rest should be okay, i.e. clutch, etc.

Wait for a second opinion however.

apparently they sit too far forward, ie the stock shifter comes out under where the radio sits in an au, i can't comfirm this though, it's only from what i've read on here, apparently you may be able to get around it with a bent gearstick...not sure tho
