To be honest i wouldnt (and didnt) waste my 18th present on something which you'll probably get rid of, like car. However, if youre intent on it, then a set of tools would be a great idea.

how about a satnav system? They are portable from car to car are downloadable and upgradable. Or a Road Angel to help keep you out of trouble speed camera wise anyhow. A pair of car seats, kept in good order you could sell them off later.

What about a pair of dba slotted rotors up front if the budget can stretch to a few hundred?

Go for tools, you'll keep them way longer than the car.

Tools would be a wise choice if your so inclined. I would get mods though. Or something like a TV, DVD screen combo for the car.

Tools for sure. I'd ask for a good socket set. You own an E-series Falcon so they will definitely come in handy :hihi:

As everyone here said...a good set of Tools, but make sure you go with your mum if she is the 'gift' buyer.

Yeah i'd go tools. As soon as you make too many emotional links to a car it'll get stolen, burnt or crashed....or just break down lots and shit you to tears...
Can't go wrong with a 3/8" Socket set from sidchrome of kingchrome...or maybe Snap On if you want something REALLY special... -Stu |

Her name was Kristy, THE HOTTEST 19 yr old iv'e ever seen. No she wasn't a hooker, just hired company/fun/entertainment for the night. Look but dont touch stuff. Me and my best mate ended up going home with 2 of the pommie bar tenders at one joint, who were actually better looking than all the striper's. For the life of me i cant remmber the second ones name or that part of the night, my mate dated one for a good 6 months till she went home. Poor bugger thought he fell in love. |
