Default squeaky diff?

noticing going around sharpish right and corners a sharp squeak seems to be coming from the diff area....any ideas?

sounds like wat mine did....had to get something replaced in diff....but wen i drove straight the diff wanted to pull me off the road....got it done under nrma wen got car fixed..cost them 500 to fix

i get a squeak wen u put it in to D, i think its my brakes not sure.

hmmm very similar noise to teh handbrake...and ford did adjust it recently.... would it be the case only one certian corners if it is teh handbrake?

On a particular sharp right-hand corner near my house, the same things happens to my car, except my squeak is more of a thump/bang followed by the engine instantly dropping to idle and then suddenly springing back to life as normal.
Search was hopeless so im also inerested to see the replies.

yea that squeaking noise is the rear brake calipers. there is a bit of movement in them for some reason. if you have the wheel off the car or can get ur hand on to the caliper, try forcing them to move and u'll hear that squeaking noise. i fixed it by getting a 15mm spanner and gave them a nip up...

but i also get a grinding/squeaking noise from the part were the handbrake line connects to the back part of the brake rotor but my handbrake needs to be adjusted as it sometime locks the wheels on the last click...
